We take pride in offering a personal touch to our clients homes. Our owners are also some of our cleaning staff so we can personally assure that the cleaning meets our highest standards. We use biological cleaning products that are safe for children and pets, hence our name "Simply Green", however, we are also happy to use the cleaning products you provide if you prefer. We have a deodorizer we can also add to cleaning products for an extra-fresh, clean smell. We work with all types of residential homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments as well as commercial offices. We have many senior citizens as customers as well as disabled, special needs, and chronic illness clients. We are happy to do one-time, pre-sale, whole house cleaning for realtors and others, cleaning on an hourly basis (just give us your list), garage cleaning/organizing, and other special projects...just ask us if we can do it. We probably can. We have just incorporated a new idea and are now saving you time and money by offering house cleaning as well as lawn maintenance in one easy call as well as trash removal and hauling so why shop around when you can get all this with one company. We agreed on the service desired and agreed on a fair price for the service. Service was performed for 3 weeks and the level of service was unacceptable. Service has been cancelled. Owner acknowledged the problem, but I felt 3 weeks was long enough to correct and it wasn't.

She was polite and able to do the job in the timeframe I requested. She missed a few things that I think should have been done such as the fan and the microwave. A little more then I wanted to spend for the amount of work she did but overall she did well.

"This house consisted of a customer who needed the house done in a very short amount of time... while the husband and kids were home. Honestly the fan was overlooked, but the microwave was cleaned after which the husband prepared food for the children in it. Overall the customer was satisfied."
