"That is incorrect information. I showed up to the job and the only thing that was in the gutters was some debris over and in a few downspouts 2 which were plugged up completely which would cause the gutters to overflow. I remember spending 10 minutes on unplugging one of the downspouts it was so bad but long story short because it only took me a total of 20-25 minutes to clean these gutters Glenda thought because her gutters were overflowing she thought they were all jammed packed with debris all the way around when in fact that can even happen with empty gutters if just the downspouts are plugged up. My company will never be doing service for Glenda again because she refused to pay even after servicing her gutters correctly."
