If you need estimates or a job done, call Simply Insulation. Their auditors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They tell you what you need and what you don't need. Honesty goes a long way when hiring someone to perform insulation and more in your home. I've dealt with them on a regular basis, trying to figure out some ways to set up a work scope. Every employee I came in contact with treated me as a person, not just a customer. Joel was great at communicating with me. The 2 auditors that came out were friendly and knowledgeable..didn't cut any corners when advising me of what weatherization my home needed. Nate and Dave did an amazing job on everything they did for me and my home. I trusted them to make sure things were done thoroughly and properly. I had no worries. They answered all my questions and both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I cant thank them enough for the fantastic job they did . A very thoughral evaluation was done. I'm very happy and satisfied with the outcome..thank you Simply insulation and Happy Holidays to you. If you have a mobile home, house, raised ranch, camp, cabin etc, call them for your estimate. Use them..they are trustworthy and honest.

I have texts where Forman quoted for walls n ceilings. Then when got here. I was not gonna do a ceiling. Said he did not add that one in yet I asked n have it text more than one ALL for said price. He tried to add 2800 for the job. I said I would comprise n go another 1000 but that it cuz I double check with him this was not my fault. Boss pulled the crew n tried to blame it on me. The job did t get done because I would not pay the extra 2800 It was a very bad experience.

If I am able to upload photos, I will. Joel Needle, of Simply Insulation left huge voids and cavities and air gaps. I had severe condensation forming on the cathedral ceilings because the air was coming on at the rim joists and meeting the warm air in the unfilled cavities he left and pools of water began leaking 4 months after new drywall and insulation. We called, he wouldn't answer. We began to block our number and he would occasionally answer and then hang up once we said who we are. Never asked for any money back, just for him to please come and fix the work. He was paid in full, for his asking price when he completed (I thought he completed the job) The repairs so far have cost me in the thousands. Every rim joist HAS VOIDS. Heat Cameras by two independent agents have shown significant lack of insulation at joints and multiple points on roof also. His incredible lack of professionalism and unbelievably low quality workmanship lead me to believe he is after peoples money. Please, please do not hire this company or Joel. I am willing to personally speak with homeowners about my insulation job.
