Simply Magic Services, LLC has been providing high standards for customer service and cleaning proficiency since 1986 in the Greater Hartford area. Simply Magic is made up of 2 divisions. One division handles carpet, upholstery and leather cleaning and restoration. Simply Magic also offers oriental and area rug cleaning at our plant. The other division specializes in stone, marble, and tile restoration: "If it's dull and scratched, call us." Also, wood, laminate and vinyl floors can be cleaned. We offer the services in your home or business. Also, marble counter tops can be dropped off for re-polishing. All our restoration technicians are experienced and trained. We are fully insured and our work carries a guarantee. References are available upon request

They did a fabulous job on bleach stains. He actually dyed the carpet slowly and carefully until it was just the right color. It looks amazing! Most other people I called wanted to cut the spots and put in new carpet. Just can't say how much I appreciated the excellent work!

Service Magic was one of the best home services companies we have ever used. They were friendly, polite and efficient from the first phone call to project completion. Their prices were fair and when they were in the house we kept adding things for them to do because they were so helpful and professional. We had some challenging issues that required on-site improvising that they handled incredibly well. I don't often give glowing reviews for this type of service but they deserve it.

All of the personnel of Simply Magic who worked for us in the repair and cleaning of the carpeting in our basement that was damaged by a burst water heater and also a cleaning of all the other carpet throughout our home were courteous, professional and did a great job. We would recommend them to anyone. There is nothing I could say that would be negative in any way.

I was very pleased that I received such prompt attention from Simply Magic. They arrived on time (even a little early) and were very upfront and honest about the job they needed to do. They told me right away they were concnerned that they might not be able to get it done to their standards but they would try. They did an amazing job. They were quick efficient, neat and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will definately be callign on them again in the future for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. My husband and I were extremely satisfied at the job they did.

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
100.00 for water extraction on my sofa whereas anybody else would charge you 50-60.Did not care to dry clean the sofa saying water cleans better & wouldn't guarantee that I would see a difference after he was done cleaning if he used water or chemicals,When the tag specifically says "DRY CLEAN ONLY" He pretty much talked me out of having it dry cleaned but said he would if I wanted him to. I don't know why he just didn't dry clean it from the beginning like the tag said, like I had requested, and like one of your previous employers recommended.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WASN'T AT HOME WHEN THEY CAME BUT MY DAUGHTER WAS THERE(SHE'S 30). THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER OR HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. WE HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH PET STAINS/ODORS AND VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.
