Stephanie always does an excellent job! She is polite, courteous, thorough, takes appropriate initiative, is caring and reliable. Her cleaning is consistent and done with care. Couldn't ask for a more caring and reliable person!!!

This company is wonderful I have Brenda an she cleans my house every two weeks she does a wonderful job. I have other people as well an they a great as well. They always come at there schedule time as well. If you are looking for this service I would use this company.

I had to click boxes, but I cannot really rate this company yet. They were scheduled to come April 18, but then called on the 18th to say lady was ill. We have rescheduled for May 13th, and I will be able to rate them more when they come.

This was their first time cleaning my house. I was disappointed that the ceiling fans were not cleaned: but, they did an outstanding job on both bathrooms. Ceiling fans next time. They re professional and hardworking.

While speaking to Stephanie she was courteous and professional. The ladies that came to my home were pleasant and went right to work. My reason for not recommending this company and the poor rating is that I needed the help due to broken back. Difficulty bending and a 5 pound weight limit. The ladies do not move anything to dust or sweep or mop. Exactly the things I could not do. So if I wanted under furniture or anything in floor swept or mopped under I had to move it. ( Stephanie was aware of my reason for hiring them ). They did move my coffe table. No other furniture or decorative items in floor. Items on my dresser and end tables were dusted around them. When I questioned them I was told they did best they could without moving anything. I don’t know of many people whose homes are bare enough to have nothing that would need moved for cleaning. I do not consider moving an object deep cleaning so unless you just want the main traffic areas swept and have nothing to move such as pictures or other objects then these are not the ladies you want for your home. If you have a basic and bare home they may get corners then and dusting would be minimal as you wouldn’t own anything to dust or set on you dresser if you owned one. I was so extremely disappointed. I was excited I had found someone I could afford but discovered I got what I paid for. Pay little get little.

Their customer service is fabulous. If you ever feel like the job isn't done to your satisfaction all you have to do is call and they come right back out.

They are very trustworthy and do a great job.
