After the warranty company couldn’t do the job or replace. Tj helped me select a better disposal and installed a new one for a great price. I haven’t had any issues since.

HD scheduled 3 different times to install our dishwasher. Each time it was a different excuse as to why they couldn't even though we did everything they asked. TJ from Simply Service came and had it all installed in about an hour! Prompt, respectful, and a perfect job!!

I called Simply Service immediately after seeing them listed on your site and in spite of the pandemic, they were able to arrange an appointment the next day. T.J. was a little late due to factors beyond his control and apologised for the delay. He quickly made up for it by creatively making the repair using parts on hand and we were back in operation within half an hour. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks T.J. and Simply Service. Great job!

This is a small business and I prefer to support small, local business. I called on December 24 because my washing machine stopped working. TJ, the owner, called me right back and made an appointment to come out. When they arrived, TJ explained everything to us in detail including pricing so there were no surprises. A part needed to be ordered, which with the New Year holiday in the middle of it, did take a few days, not their fault. I got the call on January 2nd that the part was in, and they came out that evening to repair the washing machine. They also thankfully fixed and replaced the dryer hose/vent that was so badly damaged by the company I hired to clean it. TJ and his technician were respectful of our home, our time and our property. They arrived within the time window provided, they cleaned up everything after they were done, nothing was left behind. I will definitely use Simply Service again.

They were extremely professional from beginning to end. We received notification of their impending. arrival. They came, performed a magnificent replacement job on our glass double wall oven door in short order and then bid us a kind farewell. Priceless !!!

Ridiculous Service! What a joke! Hired SS to come and repair my KitchenAid Dual Oven. Came out the week before Christmas the first time to assess the repair and figured out that the problem was probably the temperature probe. Young fellow with his own business; very pleasant and professional on the first encounter. Charged $65 for initial visit. Set up an appt for Monday after Christmas btwn 9-11am to repair oven. SS never called to tell me that they had not apparently received the part via carrier and that I would need to reschedule until I called them wondering where they were. SS stated that they would have to call me back when the part was in. One week later, I get a phone call to set up another appt for today between 9-11am. Again, I wait and then get another phone call at 11:00am that they are running late and they will be here in 15 mjn. They show up at 11:45 and then come tell me that they are having trouble finding the part which is somewhere in their junky truck. After searching for a few minutes, he then comes back to tell me that he can't find the part because he had some large appliances possibly covering them up. He then stated he was sorry for being late because he overslept. Excuse after excuse! Buyer Beware! Now calling the 2nd company on my list....SMH! We don't live in a perfect world and a simple phone call to keep me in the loop with the process would probably have made the situation a little less bitter.
