This is a tale of two jobs. The first task was done well. I had a wall mounted bike stand that needed to be installed, and he did it perfectly. 5 stars. The second job didn't go well. I needed a magnetic knife strip wall mounted. I asked for the strip to be central in the wall space. Apparently, he had problems with the butterfly screws and the install failed, so he proceeded to drill additional holes in the wall to compensate. This was never communicated, and the end product was a misaligned wobbly wall mounted strip. I was upset at this point, because he didn't spackle holes, he pretended like they weren't there. I had to ask him to come back. So he came back, spackled, but he couldn't finish the original ask because the holes in the wall he originally drilled prevented the strip from being centered. There was supposed to be another session to fix, and when I reached out, he asked for another $100, after I gave him a used LG 65 OLED that I replaced. Nice kid and all, but no thanks.

I would not recommend hiring this company. What started out as a positive experience ended very poorly. A technician was sent to assemble a TV unit and a dresser. After spending nearly five hours on the job, the dresser was not assembled correctly and actually broke shortly after the technician left. Throughout the job, the technician became visibly frustrated and was throwing items, which was completely unprofessional and concerning. Because my daughter was home alone with a large man, we chose to pay him and have him leave for her safety. To make matters worse, who I assume was the owner later texted me, upset that we had paid the technician directly on-site. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior, the focus was on the payment. We are now left with a broken dresser and the additional expense of hiring someone else to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. For our safety, we have declined any future communication.

We gave Trey a damn near impossible project with limited information as we did not know the original futon but he did it and it looks great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.
