    We were told exactly what caused our situation (leaky hose bib) and what needed to be done to fix it - All questions were answered - very VERY friendly technician - project took less than 45 minutes from start to finish - I have always heard the horror stories of plumber prices and this was amazing - next project will be the water heater - sooner rather than later...
