Peter arrived at our home on time and prepared to tackle the job. He completed the job to our satisfaction. We hired him to do additional work on our chimneys. I recommend Peter as a knowledgeable skilled tradesman.

The guy was great. He responded to my request within a few minutes (it was like after 11pm when I submitted my request) and was at my place 9am the next day. Took care of the leaking roof the same day. Affordable and fair price. Took photos, provided me copies. I’m really happy with the service.

Mr Simpson was very knowledgeable about his profession. Also he's very kind. He gave us about three or four pricing for coating the roof and explain each one into detail. So we were able to pick the one that was best for us and our budget. I would recommend him to anyone. We look forward in using him again for other projects.

I had Mr Simpson out to do an estimate he was able to come out the very same day. I was calling other companies and they wanted to make special appointments. I was busy and I had a leak in my roof and I didn't know what to do so I seen the reviews for Mr Simpson so I figured I'd give him a try when he came out to look at the job. He told me that I did not need a new roof that I just need it some preventative Maintenance and I should be fine and he also suggested coding the roof with a grey silicone coating to preserve the membrane and make it last longer he gave me a fair price and he also said that he could do it the next day. I usually don't hire people on the spot. I usually get more than one Estimate but the young man seemed very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of my roof and showed me what was going on and explain to me the membrane that I haveit's supposed to be maintained and I never did have any type of maintenance done so I agreed and he did the job

I?ve had a leak in my roof and was trying to get it fix as quickly as possible. The Contractor I spoke with (Pete) told me I had to repair my chimney. At first I thought another section of the roof was causing my leaks, but he showed me and explained it thoroughly to me of how the water was coming in and traveling. So I let him go ahead and repair the chimney and now I?m happy to say I have no leaks. I definitely recommend you hire this contractor. He is fair on his prices and does honest work. Whoever says otherwise is just an unhappy person.

I hired Simpson Home Improvements to replace a 8' section of gutter and install flashing on the fascia board under the gutter. After the install I was not satisfied with the way the corner of the gutter was not square, rain water did not drain from the gutter and the hole that he cut for the downspout was really bad. He did promptly return to adjust the gutter slope and assured me that it was fine but told me that he could not correct the corner because the downspout was twisted. Unfortunately, the gutter did not drain properly. I suggested that he could pull the gutter down and start over or refund me a portion of the bill and I would do it myself. He agreed to refund me half of the payment saying he didn't think he would be able to satisfy me. It took me 1.5 hours to loosen the downspout, adjust the gutter and recut the hole for the downspout. The gutter now drains properly. He was very nice and prompt and I felt bad but I didn't think my expectations were unreasonable.

Work was scheduled and done on time in a very professional manner.

Peter and his crew did an A+ job on our home! They worked hard (despite the heat) but were always kind and thoughtful. Peter identified necessary repairs and quickly repaired them. They installed shutters and gutters and instantly improved the look of the home. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

He was very professional and an experienced roofer. He cleaned the gutters than showed me pictures of some roof issues that needed immediate attention. Since he was already here he offered me a discount on the roof repairs which I agreed too. He completed those repairs and showed me before and after pictures of that repair. I’m very happy with this and with Pete who did excellent work.

Peter was a nice young man. Very polite and professional. He quoted us a price and went to work on clearing out the gutters and downspouts. We got to talking as to what he found in the gutters. He quoted us a price on spraying the roof since it was not that old but was shedding gravel into the gutters. He said this should help preserve the roof better. We were very pleased with Peter and so far his work. I asked him to give me a few cards to I can give out to the neighbors. We highly recommend him.

Very professional. He kept my front yard neater than I do while installing my shutters. He's SUPER easy to talk to and brainstorm with and was very receptive to my suggestions. (even though my experience with hanger shutters is ZERO) He arrived right on time and was ready to work. I will definitely hire again.

Peter was awesome! Timely, polite, professional, respectful, good quality work. He removed an old deck and replaced a smaller step that was exactly what we needed. He also power washed the house and cleaned the gutters. He gave us options that would work with our budget. Definitely recommend.
