Its not really 5 stars its Ten Stars! God Bless him because he is not there to pull scams or over overpricing. He came bada bing bada boom forget about it! Keep up the good work!

Myself and my neighbor hired Sims Concrete to do 2 driveways, no small project and not cheap in our eyes. Was told he could start in a couple of weeks. He gave us 2 different start dates, neither of which happened, to find out that he had not even submitted our permits to the city prior to those dates. When he did submit the permits, the city had issues with them and tried to contact him to no avail. We took over the permits as owners, resolved issues and hired a different contractor. Throughout this entire ordeal, he ignored numerous phone calls, text messages and emails from us and my neighbor. Now I know what ghosting is. When he did finally respond to an email he said he had to push our jobs forward, so he could keep another bigger client happy. We understand things happen and a business does not want to lose a job, but how unfair that was to us. The truth from the start would have been the right thing to do so we would not have wasted 3-4 weeks hoping he was going to keep his word and show up. This is no way to treat a customer.

Ray's quote was by far the best value for the money. In addition to the quoted job Ray fixed a small piece of my current driveway at no charge. He was also very flexible in meeting my demands. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for concrete work.

They did the driveway professionally nice fast and it was a beautiful job and they were very courteous the whole crew and if I ever need more concrete work done I will definitely use them

Hired company for a new driveway and add on. Was lied to about gettin a permit and owner lacks in communication with customers.

outstanding very responsive and polite!! Nice respectful crew who respected property and cleaned up everyday. Met all requirment and kept me informed and all that was going on and options on a couple of unexepted findings! They were so totally good i am asking for a quote on an other job! Great company and will recommend to others!!

The contractor is nonresonsive and draged out the work over a moths period. When ask to correct work it was all talk and no timely action. I had to complete the work my self or do work arounds. Please remove Sims concrete from your listings they do not do quality work.

I would recommend to anyone who has no concern for schedule. If time of completion and keeping a schedule is of no concern I recommend Sims.

I want everyone to know that they over charge and they did not show up multiple times and no call no show or nothing and they do not do quality work. The SP did not put zest cracked material which is the material that needs to be put on the retaining wall.

After writing the following review, we have been very disappointed in their response to remove the forms. It has been 3 weeks now and they have told us repeated times that they were coming to remove the forms, yet it has been 3 weeks nown and the forms are still here....Very disappointed in their follow up work ! ! ! I could not, with clear conscience recommend Simms Concrete ! ! ! --------Ray Sims did an excellent job pouring our driveway additions and our patio.... His suggestion as to how to form the additions to our driveway so we didn't have to get a city permit was right-on..... Then he showed me how we might extend our driveway to the street via other means.....He also went beyond necessity in clearing the area for the patio.....I would highly recommend Sims Concrete Solutions to anyone needing concrete services.

Outstanding

Ray poured a 30'x50' concrete slab for me in Palm Bay. He did a great job working around the rain (hard to do in the summer in Florida). He also did a great job helping fix issues I had that were out of his control (such as excessive erosion of my fill and ditches that looked like swamps). Very happy with the work, price, and always prompt replies. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be using him again myself for the driveways.

Very professional, and conscientious. The crew was very meticulous pouring a floor for a shed which paid dividends when completed. The work was done very well, in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. What more could you want? I highly recommend this company no matter what your concrete needs.
