Be advised you never know whats rotten till you start patching. A $500 job patching 2 leaks turned into 6 4x8 sheets and 4 square of shingles for a $1500 total patch cost. Hidden water damage that never made it into the house

Originally had 2 leaks. Just a patch job I did not want a new roof. Unfortunately for me the decking had more issues than i thought so 6 4x8 sheets and 4 squares later my 2 leaks were handled. They came right out and got to work. My small $500 project turned into a $1500 project really quick. I know it had been 20 years since i put a roof on. I just did not have $10k to put on a new roof so a patch job was all that was completed
