They did beautiful work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, and the next day, arrived when they said would. It is difficult to find a trustworthy contractor, nevermind one that does beautiful work. I would recommend them to everyone wanting a quality job at a competitive price.

I am very pleased with the project that Sims Contracting completed for me. Mr. Sims gave me a great estimate right off the bat. In fact, I actually had two other contractors lined up to come out for an estimate on the same project, but after receiving the Sims bid, I knew it was the best and I accepted it right away. I really appreciate Sims giving me the best quote from the beginning instead of high balling it and then trying to re-bid after other quotes come in. And the work was professional and equally impressive ! I would absolutely recommend this contractor to others. I have bookmarked the website, and I like the interior work in their photo gallery, so I'm planning to contact them in the future for other remodeling projects. Thank you very much Mr. Sims, and you will certainly hear from me again!

I first used Sims when I was building a place at the lake about an hour and thirty mins from Atlanta.. Brent came the whole way out just to give me a price on work and came in under what I had budgeted.. Brent showed up when he said, did what he said and finished the job better than what I had planned for.... Brent and his guys also have done work at my place here in Atlanta and did a outstanding job... will do business again with his company and would highly recommend ..

Sims is great! Brent does good work. He fixed a shower drywall and tile issue I was having at a fair price and did the job in good time. He was great at communicating details in a timely manner and keeping me updated on the progress of the work. I had him come back for two more jobs and when he was back I had him look at a couple little details I had questions about on the first job and he did so and made some adjustments at no extra charge. All around, Sims Contracting is a really solid general contractor. Thanks Brent!

While I am hard to get ahold of, I would have liked to have some further conversation. Ceiling looks great and pleased with that work. Other work may have required a bit more communication. Overall pleased with the service.

Brent Sims was the first contractor to respond to my Service Magic online request. Not only was his response time outstanding but his overall operations as a contractor was perfection. I was so thrilled when another contractor who was bidding on the job indicated that the timeline was too difficult to meet and yet when he heard Sims Contracting was also bidding stated: " You've got your man- if anyone can do it in that timeframe it's Brent Sims & Sims Contracting".
