This young man (Matthew Sims) reached out to me almost immediately after posting my request. We talked briefly, I described the issue (significant re-caulking of a shower), he assured me he could do it. Today he showed up at the appointed time, assessed the damage and the needed repair and gave me an instant quote for the job. It was very reasonable and I asked him to continue. He had to go to the supply store to find the exact color-matching beige caulking for the shower. Once back, he jumped into the job and had it finished in a few hours. And, it looks awesome! I've asked him to come back tomorrow for two more jobs. I highly recommend Sims Power Solution to anybody needing an honest, hardworking handyman.
