Sims Pressure Cleaning

He is very thorough and cleaned gutter sides and my walkway. My house was really really dirty and he removed all traces of mold and dirt!

Gerald is punctual, pleasant, and very thorough. I am thrilled with the results. He washed the brick, gutters, vinyl siding, open carport and ceiling, front porch and ceiling, windows and doors, sidewalk and stepping stones. He did not waste a single second. Of time and took care of our property as he moved around the house. He surprised me by also spraying off our nasty front porch furniture and rugs! I highly recommend him!

He was prompt and courteous. He worked non stop for almost three hours. I felt his prices were on the high side. I felt disappointed in that he missed a couple things. I missed taking up one (3x5) mat on the deck. He did not ask me to remove, nor did he pick it up for me - he power washed around it, As well as an empty flower pot Moving those items would have taken one minute and it would have meant the world to me. Therefore, I can't give him the 5th star

Mr.Sims and his crew pressure washed our driveway and patio. They cleaned thirty three windows on our home and did an excellent job. They were prompt courteous and very professional. We have scheduled them to return to pressure wash our Tennis court. We recommend them highly.
