He came out in the rain to power wash my driveway. Reliable and friendly.

Came day before service to give quote. Showed up the next day when he said he would and did an excellent job.

I hired Sims Professional Cleaning Service, LLC for some rug cleaning, they were able to remove some deep stains, however it doesn't seem like the remainder of the carpet was cleaned with the same attention to detail. With this in mind, i feel like i could have done equally as good as the "professional" that I hired.

My home now has rust on it from the Clorox that he used to clean my vinyl siding.

On time, courteous and did a good job. Reasonably priced.

Very friendly service and easy to work with, but totally professional. Carpets are 20 ears old, not heavily used, but plenty of random stains, etc. They look almost like new now. Very satisfied. Would use Tyrone Sims next time carpets need freshening up.

My carpet looked like it was just vacuumed, my 1yr old spilled yogurt didn't have anything at the time to wipe it up but that room the didn't do yet, went out came back they were finished met me in driveway made the mistake and paid them went to the room yogurt was still there close to corner of the room, he said he does deep conditioning, could remove pet stain and will deodorized, when everything dried pet stains were there and it smelled still(my dog had UTI and had a few accident in only room she liked), my carpet looked like when I use my Bissell, even the other rooms that I wanted just to refresh (no pet stains) looked like when use my Bissell, the high traffic areas just got wet that it, was not worth 300$, had to spend another 200$ to do the downstairs and that was a big improvement, odor, pet stains, yogurt and the high traffic area was cleaned

I called and within minutes I was speaking to Sims He is very polite, friendly and laughed at my jokes. We sent him a picture of our problem, he gave us a price and made an appointment for 10 a.m. the next morning. At 5 til 10, the doorbell rang , and there he was. He did a great job and I most definitely recommend him.

This guy was extremely quick. It's like he raked over my carpet with a little water and after the carpet dried it looked the same. He could've cleaned more thoroughly.
