"I did ask to reschedule because I am in the process of trying to finish a job I already started. I was trying very hard to finish a job constructing a fence that I had started and because of some unforeseen things that happened. And I was getting ready to take a road trip I had already planned and I explained that to them in detail when I first met her. Here is the text I sent her : SIMSERS HANDY SERVICE sent: Good morning Ellie this is Michael. I was hoping to finish by today but I have not and I have been really stressed about trying to complete the fence first. I have had two people get sick and I have had to construct this fence by myself"

"There was a leak behind the refrigerator of Nancy that when we opened up the sheetrock we found knee-high mold on one side and mold on the outside of her entrance hall. I had a couple of issues with fixing the leak that was behind her wall due to it being in a tough position, but I got the job done for a fraction of the cost she was quoted by the other person. As opposed to the outside stuff it was PVC going to her automatic sprinkler system that was what was existing and that is what I used and she was very well informed on what I was going to do before I did it. She had gotten another quote for somebody to do this work for $1500 I ended up."

"I am not exactly sure what happened. We spoke on the phone about the vanity sink falling off unexpectedly. He told me the company told him to just glue it to the bottom of the countertop. And I told him that is not how to professionally put a sink to the countertop. You use brackets to hold the sink in place after putting a bead of silicone around the rim of the sink pit the sink in place tighten the brackets and then put caulking for more water-resistant measures. Not really sure what he is trying to imply but i take pride in my work and I am a man of integrity and I try to give my clients as much value as I can as a professional. ??"
