Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
This was the most professional job Iâ ve ever seen a small business due. The workmanship was fantastic. The price was even better and they got it done very quickly. We were very pleased with the job and plan to use them again if we need more concrete laid in our yard. I would give James and his crew 10 stars if I could.

James and his team are the best. Iâ m so glad I hired him. Being new to DFW you canâ t work and trust everyone especially some of these contractors. James showed professionalism and kept his word. Not only they did an excellent job, He worked around my hectic schedule. Pricing was reasonable, they clean up behind themselves, and didnâ t take all day to complete. Very reliable and dependable. I Recommend James & Sinai crew hands down.. And look forward to doing more business with them againâ ¦ð ¤

Writing reviews is something thatâ s dreadful for most people, including me, but I could not not share the great concrete work that James of Sinai Concrete did. He was professional, gave honest pricing, was on time, maintained communication with us and his work exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for greater service. You will not be disappointed, with his teams work. Thank you James and my husband and I are pleased with our new patio extension!!!

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I had a small patio. I hired Sanai Concrete to extend and stain the patio. I had several bids before choosing this company. The prices were very competitive and they have a good reputation so I went with them The job was just completed. It looks beautiful. James, the owner, did most of the work himself. He is punctual, hard working and a perfectionist. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

He suggested improvements to our original plan and made them at no additional cost. They worked on this job until it was "perfect" even if he had to shine his truck headlights on the site to clearly see the entire site. They do not cut corners on their work. I would highly recomment them.

James with Sinai was very professional. He always returned my phone calls and answered my questions. I had a front porch poured and stamped. It looks beautiful. Will use him again on other projects.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
This company strives to keep cost down for the customer by not quoting work that does not need to be in the quote... we did not need to have an expensive concrete pumping truck to do this size project, so that was not in the quote keeping our costs to a minimum. All other quotes included this expense along with others that were not needed saving us a great amount of money by going with Sinai. Rated quality half point down because attention to detail is paramount and a couple of small spots were left with slight issues.... otherwise, the job is wonderful....

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
James has restored my faith in contractors. Very professional and patient. Showed up on time and explained the work as we progressed. He tore out my "Fred Flintstone" steps done by another contractor and formed and poured new steps and walkway. Left area very clean and made sure the work was done properly. Pricing was reasonable. I am very pleased with his work and enjoyed the experience. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks, James.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I have recently remodeled a bathroom, remodeled the kitchen and had my house painted and not one contractor came close to meeting the high standards set by James and his company. I only rated him 5 because 6 was not an option. It is a shame he does not offer other services because I would use him for everything. Great person, great product, dont waste your time with anyone else !

Would not recommend. Not completely happy with my patio, but it will grow on me and I'll live with it.
Response from Sinai Concrete, LLC
"I'm totally lost as to why this customer left a negative review. This was a beautiful job. He and his wife confirmed that. I have pictures to support my claim. Customer decided to seal the concrete. I assuming he didn't like the outcome after he sealed the concrete. If the customer didn't take the necessary steps to properly seal the concrete that's not my fault. All he had to do was call me and I would've directed him on the necessary steps to properly seal the concrete or just paid me from the beginning to do it instead of leaving a negative review. Sinai Concrete strives for an excellent customer experience. You just can't please everyone."

James was on time and a very hard worker. He understood exactly what we wanted and the end result was perfect. He and his crew had a great work ethic and there was no standing around on the phone or texting. Would hire again if needed and have already given their name to two neighbors.
