Gerardo called me within the hour after I inquired on Angiâ s List, told him what I needed and he quoted me a good price over the phone, so I made the appointment. He came within days and cleaned all the gutters and downspouts on my two story. He is a great communicator and works quietly and diligently. Iâ ll hire him again.

Gerardo was professional and an excellent communicator. He followed up on my inquiry with an estimate..he answered all of my questions and scheduled around my availability. On the day of the cleaning he called to let me know his arrival time. He completed the cleaning taking care to not damage landscaping. He cleaned up debris. When he finished he gave me a summary of what he found.

I hired Geraldo for gutter cleaning, I asked Geraldo to wash and clean the gutters and they agreed to that, they only pulled the debris and that was it, I confronted Geraldo about that, I was told I would half to pay more for that, I has told I will need to pay $135.00 for the service that was done

"Hello, Nathan. This review does not reflect the true nature of our company. You and I have since then discussed that gutters are solely cleaned from the inside to ensure the flow of water. Scrubbing the gutter exterior to remove moss is not included in the price. Most people understand this is the usual procedure for gutter cleaning. Your job would require a pressure wash which I had quoted $75 after the cleanout, or a total of $200 for the entire job. The clean-out was completed accordingly. I am sure you have noticed all your overflow issues have been resolved. I politely ask for you to refrain from leaving misleading information."
