Sinclair Home and Landscaping

They took my money, they did not finish the job and I had to take them to court!

I hired them to repair my chimney. They started with an overpriced bid, but then came down to something more reasonable and said they could do the work the same day, so I agreed. They spent a couple of hours doing the work and showed me a video of the completed project. After they left, I went and looked at the job and they had only repaired a third of the chimney. I was able to get them on the phone and they agreed to come back the next day and finish the job, which they did, and the job is now much more satisfactory. However, there are still gaps in some of the spots that I will need to seal myself, and they left a concrete mess all over my roof around the chimney because they did not put anything down to catch it. I struggled with whether to write this review or not, because they did come back after my initial anxiety of being ripped off, but the more I think about it, the more I would recommend against them. If you do hire them, make sure you get it in writing and inspect the work during and after.

They are very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We highly recommend them.

Sinclair Home and Landscaping did a terrible job on the flooring and severely overcharged... no recommendations what is so ever.. used homeowners left over flooring and charged $500. For 2 boxes of flooring. Con artist, big time!

Very prompt to respond to request for service and quote was given and accepted same day. Professional and respectful of our space and time limitations.
