Brad is a very nice and fair handy man. He charged $100.00 to come out to my house to give me a estimate on several small things that I needed done around the house. It took him 15minutes to give me a estimate on the various small things. After giving me a estimate, he took the last 45 minutes replacing electrical outlets. He could have easily collected his $100.00 and left after his estimate. Brad will be me new handy man, he is also good at giving you honest advice.
