Came within time frame called 20 minutes out. Excellent customer service!!!! Todd was very helpful even helped me with my computer he came to fix my stove and did a great job. Will definitely call again when any of my appliances need service.

The Tech spent a little too much time on YouTube diagnosing the problem, and the price quote wasn't quite as discussed. That said, my freezer (i.e., icemaker with faulty heater element) was fixed properly (during which time the Tech was very friendly and meticulous), and the quote was adjusted closer to my expectations. Overall a good experience.

Great service; honest and reliable. There was a possibility of having to replace a part, but that was, in fact, not needed. I appreciated Todd taking care of the problem without adding unnecessary costs.

Very professional and a true expert in his field. Todd was the best hvac technician I've dealt with in my last 5 years here. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because he couldn't make it on the appointment day due to a previous job that ran longer than expected. However, he did make me his first priority the very next day.

Finally, my house is cold. It's only been a few days but I feel confident Sines HVAC Services has solved my cooling problem. After dealing with several companies this summer (and over the years), I was sure I'd not have a working AC system this summer at all. Mr Sines and his employee Todd came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, carefully explained it to me, put a plan in place to ensure we can stay on top of the issue, made sure to give me the opportunity to ask questions and then answer them thoroughly, check out the rest of the system and assure me no further work is necessary at this time. His charge was more than fair, his knowledge complete and most important of all, my spouse and I are back to arguing about where to best set the thermostat (Hey, they're HVAC guys, not miracle workers).

Excellent service

I had both HVAC units replaced in my house ( AC and heating). Sines workers were professional, they came when they said they would and they did the work on the amount of time they said. After installation they were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and they made sure all my needs were addressed, I did NOT have to wait or make multiple calls, they were very responsive. In my opinion Sines takes pride in their work and cares that the customers are satisfied. My only advice to prospective HVAC unit buyers is to do your due diligence research on the new units, as the new units that are sold today ( all of them) work different than the old units ( based on the coolant that are now used). remember that an educated consumer is a better customer.

Very professional, capable and provided excellent feedback on the repair. Excellent communication before the repair, during the work in progress and the service was very reasonably priced for the detailed effort required, on a unique machine.
