Was hired to remodel my basement. He had a helper to do the demo and put up drywall. He never came to check on project and to see what was needed. Did not bring supplies for project. Project was to take about two weeks. It's been over six weeks and he never returned to complete project. Oh! Got paid for work that was not complete. Would not use this contractor.

I give him an A for effort, but a C for results. The job was somewhat complicated, with a unique tile pattern and on top of an existing tile floor, requiring more finesse - especially at the border - than Mr. Sines was able to handle.
