Rich called me the same day and came out the very next morning. He was able to identify the bee problem immediately and took care of it that very day. He also helped my identify some other potential issues around the house. He was polite, knowledgeable and reasonable priced.

Very nice to talk to, he came to the house very soon after I called and he left a detailed message about the location of the area that "housed" the yellow jackets. The only thing that I think was left out was that he had said he was going to place a marker where the nest was and I did not see that; therefore, I was not sure which tree to the left was the correct one. Although, I am pretty sure it was the one with the holes at the base and I was not bitten again when I did the lawn last week.
