Poor communication. They showed up late, and just started work. Didn't knock on my door to announce arrival, talk about prices or anything. They did a careless job and broke some of my yard lights and lawn ornaments with their weed whacker. At the end I wrote them a check then closed the door. A few minutes later he suddenly comes back as asks me to pay him more money because my grass was longer than usual. He couldn't talk to me before starting the work to tell me there would be an extra charge since my grass was longer than usual? I haven't hired them since and have hired other lawn service providers who were more professional.

John was excellent. He was professional, on time and his rates were very reasonable. He will be doing our lawn every two weeks going forward. Highly recommend him.

My yard looked great after they left. They paid attention to detail, mowed with a smaller mower in the wet areas, trimmed and used the weed wacker where necessary. I hired them for regular weekly service after seeing the quality of the work.
