The person I spoke with in the office quoted me different per hour costs and project time than the electrician charged me for the actual project. When I questioned the electrician about the discrepancy he said he doubt I was told that. Not a respectful way to handle that communication. The project costs were about $200 more than we expected.

Steven arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He was held up by traffic, and the office called to let me know. He quickly and efficiently troubleshot and fixed the problem. Nice job! Thank you!

Out of the three contractors I selected, Singletrak Electric was the first want to call me back. They sent out Rich to take care of my issue which he handled promptly and efficiently. The cost was affordable and right in line with what the other "big" electricians were charging, but with much better customer service!!!!!!! Go with Singletrak first and save time and money !!!!!!

I truly appreciates for this company to send someone to us at a very last minutes. We had a new opening window installed and turn out there's electrical cord that needed to be moved. Single track sent the technician, Josh to us. We discussed with new placement and how we can make it worked in order for the window to be installed. Josh was great working with us and succeed with moving the wire and created new outlet. I'll definitely use Singletrack again for any future electrical project. Thank you!

Rick was great, explained everything he was doing, found the problem with my ceiling light and repaired it quickly. Install a ceiling fan, works great and looks wonderful.
