Steve is SO THOROUGH! He spent so much time in the property examining things and explained his findings IN REAL TIME after reviewing each floor. I asked him to do careful inspections for mold and lead risks and not only did he do it for me, and I m pretty sure he d do it anyway, he wrote all those findings up in detail with recommendations for action! His report was detailed, with color pictures, and each picture had arrows pointing at the issue and the write up had color coded grades of acceptability. There were recommendations to fix or have an expert examine on every item he dinged and the total report was 33 pages long! If you want someone who will find every single thing wrong with a property you are planning to buy, Century Home Inspections is it! Steve told us all the guys who do the inspections run them similarly to how he does, and that means it s a team of really quality people doing really quality work. If I have to keep looking at properties, I m hiring Steve again!

Steve was incredibly thorough when inspecting the house I am buying. He was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented and happy to answer all of my questions. I received a very detailed inspection report and I know which repairs are urgent and which repairs I have time to save for. I highly recommend Century Home Inspections!
