Customer stated that they literally just placed the window into the frame and that was it. There was extra wood left over, no new weather stripping, no caulk around the window to seal it in. Had to hire another company to properly install the window.

This company replaced my siding and windows and shingled my roof. They did an excellent job with the roof and the windows and for the most part the siding. However, shortly after the job was completed, pieces of the siding were either hanging off the house or completely fell off. The partner, Dave, came out twice to reattach, promised to permanently fix when it repeatedly kept happening and never did. The siding is still missing to this day and two vent covers have also fallen off. He said he would stand behind the quality of workmanship but has since stopped responding to calls and emails.
