I called home advisory because I really needed there help to get my driveway plowed so I could get out for an appointment early Thursday morning. I called late Wednesday to explain my situation that I was worried I would have to reschedule. I was up at 6 am and my driveway was already cleared. They are so proficient and did an awesome job!! If you want a job done these are the guys to call. They get it done and done right. Thank you HomeAdvisor for a job well done. You really came through so I was able to keep my appointment. While this company did a decent job, two boys showed up to the house with a pickup truck with no idea about what to do. Once the pick up truck was filled, they said they had to go to dump, and we had to pay for that time. They had not brought the big truck which was not our fault. Once the bigger group came with the bigger truck things went faster, but the owner wanted to gripe about completing what we had agreed on he would do. I would not hire this guy to do anything... He is a nice guy, but I did not appreciate the lack of communication within his business or paying for the dump run because of it.
