Cleaning operator was late for both times work was scheduled and I felt they could have done a better job on cleaning my couches, with a little more effort, rather than hurry through to the next job. Further training might be helpfull, as the guy that showed up here had to call the office several times for directions as how to use the cleaning materials - overall my couches came out ok - just barely
Response from Sir Carpet, LLC
"Orville, we are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed! There was an extensive conversation between the technician and the office about the best approach to taking care of your upholstery. Heavy nicotine stains are very difficult to remove from white upholstery and I assure you that we did our best to deep clean the fabric without causing the colors to bleed. The second trip was necessary because we wanted to make sure that we had done everything in our power to give you the best result possible. We sincerely hope that you will give us an opportunity in the future to show you how important your business is to us!"
