Our floors look like new! The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again!

Sir Grout did not complete our project to our satisfaction. While the crew did a nice job with the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of our granite counters, as well as the grout on our kitchen, bathroom, and shower floors, the work on the bathroom vanity was incomplete. They removed some blemishes, but not all of them, and I do not believe a seal or finish was ever applied to the surface. Our dissatisfaction was compounded when we discovered that the crew had tripped a circuit breaker in the bathroom and failed to inform us. This suggests they stopped working when their outlet lost power, leaving the job unfinished. I contacted the project manager twice regarding this matter; the first time, he requested pictures, and the second time, he ignored my message completely.

It was a pleasure to have your tech, Jonathan working in our home today. He did an amazing job and was very professional and helpful. A very nice young man.

I originally reached out to Ann in September of 2024 asking for a free estimate to recaulk our walk-in shower on the north side of Chicago. I did not actually get around to scheduling the work until today (April 1st) though. Ann was very thorough in giving me some insight into what the best options were for our shower and I even decided to have the sink recaulked as well. Marissa was able to give me all the information I needed prior to our technician's arrival and laid out the expectations in a very informative email. Jonathan C was our technician and was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, friendly, and extremely hard working. He informed us of our one year warranty and answered all other questions I had. We have another shower in our house that I know we will be having Sit Grout Chicago do in the future. I highly recommend them and have no reservations about being a return customer. Jose did a great job with our guest bathroom. Before starting, he explained the whole process and asked if there were any questions. Throughout his process, he checked in, and when needed he engaged us to pick out the appropriate colors. He offered several options while mixing stwo to show the slight difference. He offered his professional opinion but let us know that the decision was ours. Jose steamed cleaned the floor tile and made it look like new along with refreshing the grout. The expoy grout used to along the bathtub and walls looks great and matches perfectly. Jose finished the job, cleaned up and provided thorough instructions on how long to wait and how to clean the newly refreshed bathtub and floors with their cleaning solution, which is provided. We will be back to schedule the master bathroom (larger job) with Jose as our first choice. Thanks, Jose and Mr. Grout

Quality work is excellent

We wanted the grout to be sealed as well. They showed us a couple of color options besides what we had. They offered their opinion and we went with their suggestion. It looks better than the color we had had for years. The floor looks brand new.

Very professional, courteous. Eddie (great work replacing cracked tiles) and Tim and Chris cleaning and re-sealing a large kitchen, foyer, and laundry room area. Impressed by the quality of work of Eddie who was particularly meticulous and detailed in ensuring re-grouted lines were finished well and looked great. Answered every question I had. The Sir Grout technician was able to come earlier than scheduled because his prior job was completed more quickly than estimated. He completed the grout repair work in our master bathroom shower stall very professionally.

The tech Jasmin arrived on time wearing a mask and shoe coverings. Jasmin explained the work and then got to work. He was a complete gentleman, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was awesome, and efficient the tile in our shower and floor look like we installed new tile. The best part was he left everything super clean. I would highly recommend sir grout.

The owner was irresponsible, not taking my job seriously, leaving me with a mess on my stained floor, and he is not taking care of my issues, They did not finish and are not coming back to finish it. Saying they are too busy.

This is the second time i hired bvb the company to refinish my marble counters in my masterbath. Mario the tech arrived right on time got right to work and in 2.5 hours my marble counters look as good as new even better! I highly recommend the company and the tech Mario was a true professional that knows what he is doing!
