Sir Grout

Our experience with Sir Grout was far from satisfactory, starting with their salesman, Anthony. His approach was typical of high-pressure sales tactics: starting with an inflated price and quickly lowering it to secure our business. Even after we declined, he followed up with an additional 20% discount. While this strategy was frustrating, it wasn’t the primary issue. The real problems began after we committed to their service. Anthony briefly appeared on the second day of work but didn’t speak with us and left without addressing any questions or concerns. On the third day, the technician unexpectedly upcharged us for applying a sealant, which we believed was already included in the original contract. He insisted the floor couldn't be left unprotected, forcing us to agree to the additional cost. The job itself involved stripping, cleaning, color sealing the grout, and resealing our slate floors across nearly our entire first floor. Two workers arrived on time and appeared ready to wor

beware of the quality of the work, replace the tile and they are not even height whiz, the grouting has cranked were he replace. i called multiple time never get a return call, when i stop payment on the check is when he called me and then he wanted to charge me $35.00 for stop payment.

Very professional and tidy

Do not hire them. They would say they would show up and I had to take a day off from work and they did not show up. This happened three times to me. They are extremely unprofessional they did not even call to let us know they were not coming. Do not hire this company. They are very unreliable. The company is very badly managed.

They were very neat and did a very good job. Shower and counter-tops looks much nicer after they replaced the caulk. Big improvement when they were done.
