    Sir Grout regrouped 2 of my bathrooms today and I could not be happier. The workers were prompt, worked meticulously, and the end result is fabulous. I will recommend this company to all and even rebooked them to shine up my marble counters next week... so happy!

    BEWARE. They came, and did half the job... left the shower shelf broken and not clean. They then came back (after endless requests), charged hundreds more - and seven months later, it is worse than when the first came. They have since said: **We do not do tile work**. (even though the work order is for that). **We do not guarantee our work**, and, the best one: **The Technician who did your work does not work for us anymore, and we do not have anyone to fix it. We asked for a refund for JUST the repair work ($200 of a $1,800 job) they said: **We do not provide a refund**. So, they will not fix, will not refund - and they are unbelievably RUDE. Ignore the positive posts, I think they are fake customers. The number of 1-star reviews on Yelp should be enough to scare you away. I wish I had been more careful.

    This is a customer that we did a re-grout job for 7 months ago and he wanted a full refund because a tile cracked which we are not responsible for. Re-grouting doesn't cause tile to crack, especially not months later. The comments above are untrue. If the issue was related to work we performed and was under warranty then we would immediately make the repairs. We don't post fake reviews and we stand by our work. Read reviews from several review sites and you will see how happy our customers are with our work.

    It was very good experience. They responded very quickly and very politely, Always were in time, and did great job on tiles cleaning and regrout. I would recommend them.

    After the.job was completed, upon further inspection, we felt that some areas had to be redone. I called Customer Service. Mr. Gonzalez reached out to me. We discussed the matter and he agreed to send someone out, Eddie, who came in, assessed the problem and corrected it to our satisfaction.
