They arrived on time and did a great job with one exception which was a miscommunication. Once the owner and I spoke they came back and finished the job at the agreed price which was reasonable.

This is a first class company. They are professional from start to finish. I was very concerned about having work done by a company I found online. I was convinced to request a quote by their website reviews. I know I made the right choice! My showers look brand new and everything I asked for in the quote was completed in a timely manner and there were no hidden cost! I will use Sir Grout again! They are experts in grout cleaning !! Steve and Xavier were awesome, they were heads down the entire time they were here to get the work done. Our tile floors looked brand new when they were done that we almost don't want to walk on them! They did an outstanding job on our shower to remove the old caulking and replaced with epoxy grout.

Sir Grout did a great job in repairing the grout lines of my master shower (replacing a horrible DIY repair job by a previous owner) and filling in a minor tile crack in my shower floor. Their repair work seems high quality and their technicians went above and beyond in their customer service.

Miguel removed old caulk in master shower and replaced with new. A simple job, but one I cannot do myself anymore. He knew what he was doing, was fast, friendly and professional. Job well done.

The pros did a wonderful job replacing and repairing the grout as needed. They cleaned and buffed all the tile and sealed all the grout with a color seal to matches the tile. The tile floors look beautiful and brand new. I have tile in four rooms downstairs and I think the price was reasonable for the job. Very professional and great customer service.

The guys performed excellent work. I would recommend the color seal vs the clear seal. We used the clear seal first, and it did not work well on our floors , we have very light gray tile and grout. The color seal was more expensive, but worth it as our tile floors look brand new.

Kevin and Chad did an amazing job cleaning and resealing the tile on our front and back porches. They were very respectful and took the time to explain the process to me.
