I have been in Property Management for 15 years now and am currently a Property Manager in Warren, New Jersey. Sir Grout along with Fred B. Sales Manager at Sir Grout, was recommended to me by several owners in our 55+ community. I met with Fred to discuss polishing our clubhouse floor, and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness, and responsiveness to our needs. He knew the products we needed to ensure a beautiful outcome. He delivered. The entire job was completed in just one day, and Fred followed up afterward to make sure everything went well and that we were satisfied with the results. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly stood out. The work performed received many compliments from both the Board Members and residents throughout the community. The floor looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Sir Grout and Fred B. the Sales Manager from start to finish.

Was a Great, both Bathrooms and Kitchen looked like New when done. , From salesman Fred ,to installer Joe. Both showed up on time and were Very Professional. No High Pressure Sales. I highly recommend Sir Grout. Ray (the owner) and Chris (the tile repairman) are professional and very reasonable. My repair was done in the matters of two hours. Chris was kind, friendly, neat and clean. He was sociable and carried a friendly conversation. His work was spectacular. The job was done in a professional manner and I was extremely please with the job. If you need a tile repair company, SIR GROUT IS YOUR COMPANY.

OK Job

On 1/8/19, the merchant Sir Grout sent a technician to my home to replace the grout and seal the tile in a shower at my house. The technician came out on 1/8/19 to complete the work. When I came home to look at his work, I noticed several holes in the grout, and grout missing from areas between the tiles. I contacted the merchant on 1/8/19 and he agreed to send his technician back out on 1/9/19 to fix the areas that had missing grout. The merchant stated I should let the grout dry for 2 days. I tested the shower on Sunday and discovered a new leak in my shower. I again contacted the merchant via email with a picture of the new leak area. He replied that I could pay an additional $100.00 for a caulking service. I replied to him that I do not feel I should have to pay an additional cost to fix an issue caused by the merchant's technician.

Chris did a beautiful job replacing the grout in our bathrooms. He was professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Sir Grout again if the need arose.

Quality work

They described what the problem was with the stains in my limestone shower and explained what they could do to resolve it and then provided recommendations on how to clean and maintain the stone once they rectified the problem.

They came out for an estimated within a week. Work was done in two weeks. They arrived on time. Worker removed his shoes when he entered. Worker came in and worked until he was done. My tile floors look brand new

Both salesman and technician were prompt and courteous. Thoroughly happy with the work that was performed.

Be aware. Ensure they quote for what you ask for. They are called Sir Grout but this is not their specialty. They only mask your grout with some color they do not clean it and the color can only be applied to joints 1/4" wide and starts coming off in a few weeks. They do not remove mildew from the area first either. And I had to clean a lot of excess material off our tiles when they were gone. If all you are looking for is honing and polishing of stone tile go ahead but you will have to clean up after them. They leave stone slurry all on your furniture and up your walls. I will have to repaint one of my walls as I can't clean it off. One positive is the technician was reasonable and polite in his manner.
