From contact , to meeting Chris in person during walk through service request, through the completion of the job, SIR GROUT was by far the most respectful, courteous and professional team I have met in a very long time. My wife and I were very impressed with this organization and how they handled themselves and most importantly the workmanship was impeccable. They cleaned, sealed and restored my two bathrooms and kitchen areas within a few hours. No toxic smells at all. I only wished I had called them sooner. Thank you for a job well done!

I had a great experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. Everything from the estimate to the work was easy to schedule. Once I decided to move forward with the project I was provided with a clear statement of work and estimate of the cost. When Brian showed up to clean my tile he actually cleaned my tub as well. My shower looks several shades whiter and they also cleaned my tub. The whole bathroom is sparkling now.

Chris and his team were great to work with, very fast to respond, gave a detailed quote, got the job done in a quick time frame and did an excellent job, restoring, grouting and sealing our two bathroom floors, counters and showers. Great company!

Sir Grout, Chris, the price was very reasonable, work was completed in the time that was given to me. 2 person shower stall was regrouted, calcium deposits removed and spray coated with a sealer. Would call again if ever need. Guaranteed for 1 year.

I asked Sir Grout to seal the granite and marble in y newly renovated bathroom. They did a very nice job. They also resealed the granite countertop in my kitchen. My counters look fabulous. Chris the owner followed up to ensure I was happy with the work.

Sir Grout regrouted around the bathtub and the the bathroom floor, treated the floor, repaired broken tiles, and steam cleaned the tiles. They did an awesome and meticulous job. They even cleaned the water marks around the sink faucets. The customer service was terrific. They returned calls, showed up when they said they would, and followed up. The bathroom has never looked so good and the experience working with Sir Grout was easy and pleasant.

Sir Grout came on time and finished on time and did a high quality professional job.They are fairly expensive but worth it if you can afford it.

After considering options whether to repair or replace the ceramic tile in our two showers, my wife and I explored Sir Grout. The service person came to our home, checked our tiles and explained the process. We decided it was the best option for us and had both bathrooms done. The main person who did the work went even further by repairing a water damaged wall bordering the tile, which required more work for him. We are very happy with the results which restored our tiles and grouting to better than new condition. The process eliminated a very visible mold and mildew problem and as explained to us will continue to resist them.

Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work with and it is obvious that there mission is to do quality work. Their work was superb, they made sure we were pleased every step along the way and work was completed right on time. I am glad I did a little searching on the internet before pulling up a whole tile floor when I loved it but it just got old and worn looking. It now looks brand new and we saved a lot of time and cost. I highly recommend talking with Chris first if you find yourself in a similar situation. I am so glad I found them !

A representative from Sir Grout came and looked at what we needed repaired in our bathroom. He told us that it needed to be calked instead of grouted and he suggested that we do it ourselves to save money and he did not charge us for the visit. He also followed up by a phone call and email to give us tips on how to properly repair the problem and to check on our progress. Since I cannot rate his work I can certainly rate his customer service which went above and beyond what I believe other companies would have done.

They did not stop until I was happy with the work. Thorough. Professional. Focused on great service. Great results.

Sir Grout was a pleasure to do business with, Chris called us back the same day was early for the appointment , his workers were great and very accommonadating, they got the job done quick and left no mess for my wife to clean. The price was also very reasonable. I would use and recommend them to everybody we know, that needs gruot restoration.

Chris from Sir Grout gave us the third estimate on our tub and shower regrouting needs. He was very pleasant and honest. He said we should repair the necessary places instead of regrouting the whole bath tub. He recommended that we do the job ourselves intimating that the initial cost of having a workman come out would be very high compared to cost of the job. I was very happy with Sir Grout!

Sir Grout/Chris did a GREAT job restoring our grubby tile from the 90's. The dirt colored grout is now a pretty gray color and the tiles have never looked cleaner. Chris was responsive when I called, we set up an appointment within a couple days and completed the following week. I highly recommend Sir Grout and this service - it was a true transformation and the price was very reasonable for quick results.

Sir Grout save us lots of time and money by regrouting our shower. We thought we would have to completely redo the tiles. Chris was extremely professional and helpful, and we recommend him strongly to anyone who want to clean and regrout their tiles.

I was really happy that Sir Grout solved a grout problem for me. It worked out really well. This was a small job, so it was expensive, however they knew what would be helpful.
