All the people we dealt with at Sir Grout were very professional, courteous and competent. From my first contact, they were very responsive and honored all time commitments. They are very knowledgeable in their product and industry. The team who did the work in our home were also prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned all the floor tile and grout, painted and sealed the grout, and repaired several places. It looks amazing! And I thought the price was very reasonable. My husband and I are both very pleased and we are so glad that someone recommended them to us!

Price was very reasonable. Workers were on time, very professional, very courteous. Final project is phenomenal. Two showers totally scrubbed, steamed, and grout color changed from white to medium grey,also sealed all tile, and did a special seal on both shower floors. GREAT experience, would highly recommend.😀

The owners, Marty and his wife were very pleasant and accommodating re my schedule. I had a team of 3 workers and they were outstanding. I would like to give a shout out to Robert, Jordan and Marvin who were the techs who worked on my tiles. My kitchen floor actually had to be grouted 4 times! because it was so porous! and the guys never complained at the extra labor! I am sooo thrilled with the results, I wish I had done it sooner! I feel PROUD of my floors again!

They removed the discoloration and staining on the marble and polished the surface to restore the floor to its original state. I am very impressed with the quality of service. I have asked them to repair additional tile and concrete surfaces in our house. Great Job!
