I was especially impressed with Bailey who came to do the home energy inspection after several windows were installed. He went "above and beyond" to check things out and was very personal and respectful. I will continue to use SIR for other projects!

I hired Sir Home Improvement to remodel my bathroom. Carter and Rich did an awesome job. They were kind, very professional, and worked in a timely manner. They finished in one day and to say that I am pleased is an understatement. I will be using them again this fall for another bathroom project- Vanessa C.

Won?t replace 2 windows, lift time replacement doesn?t exist. My picture window seal is broken you can?t hardly see out of it. And bedroom window seal broke and won?t replace it, well for 2,000.00 they will .Its totally bull crap, how they say life time guarantee

One of the worst experiences in my life and not good quality installation or windows!

We were curious about changing from a garden tub to a walk in shower, so we has SIR come out for estimate. We were so impressed, we decided to take the plunge! Every person along this journey has been very professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and with no pressure. We couldnâ  t ask for better customer service or outcome! Thank you SIR for a job well done! I would recommend them for sure!

It took 4 hours one day who was Chris removing our tub, and 8 hours the next day with Carter installing a beautiful, walk in shower. They both were very professional, and cleaned up everything perfectly when finishing. We love our new walk in shower so much.

Our installer, Long Vu, was AMAZING. He ran into several issues with our install and just rolled with it. Never got upset or frazzled and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He did a hella job!

Marty Sr and crew did beautiful job on the new windows. They were very professional as well as a pleasant experience with the whole crew. They cleaned up after them self's as well. They did a excellent job.

My husband and I were very satisfied. The job started March 21 and completed the 28th. They were punctual, called every morning and told us when they would be here. The demolition crew, Chris and Adam, did a great job. They were very efficient on low amount of dust. They kept the door closed, and when they left, it was very clean, and ready for the next team. Paul, was the framer, started our closet and was ready for the dry waller. Arnold was the dry waller, very nice and did a good job. Carter, installed the walk-in shower. Carter did an outstanding job, he was very focused, and his work showed his dedication. The finishing team, Aaron, Chris and Long, did a great job, installing the floor, vanity, closet door and toilet. Today Paul came to finish the closet, with racks, put the handles on the vanity, and fan. Paul is the one, who performs the finishing touches. He is very knowledgeable, and is ready to answer and help with any questions you have. Last but not least is our program manager, Ben did a great job, he was able to provide with last minute change, and great in keeping me informed if any changes. The entire team did a great job. I would provide pictures but there wouldn't be any room on your site.

Workmanship by Marty Sr. and crew was top notch.

We needed some work done on our shower door. Collin and Josh came to our condo and had parts to fix it but it only needed to be adjusted. They had it fixed in a matter of minutes which was amazing. They were both very professional and very knowledgeable about our shower. Hats off to Collin and Josh Thank You. Mike Warmelink

I started out with a Project Manager (who no longer works there) and the way I was told one thing and then when they came to install it I got something totally different. After a while the owner reached out to me and came to my home and I showed him what I got and he said he would make it right! When everything was said and done I got another shower where my tub had been and NICK installed it! He was absolutely fantastic! He approached my Pitbull with gentleness and friendly attitude. My dog still barked lol but after a bit he realized Nick was cool! Nick has a great professional attitude and a great sense of humor al together. He even let me know that he had earbuds and would either be on the phone with the company or listening to music so that I didn't think he was ignoring me! Mr. Mumford , the owner was very kind at resolving my issues. Thank you, Nick for your wonderful work and your outstanding personality!

Stay clear of them. They caused water to come in my attic, now I have mold, rodents, and insects, and will do nothing.

Marty has a terrific attitude, with strong work ethics. The job initially was to replace the porch windows and door. It turned into being a rebuild, or close to it. Their was past termite and water damage to the corner beam. All the wood was rotted. He and his brother worked all day, for two days. I was amazed they were able to get so much done in such a short period of time. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend them they are good and the product is good I had 6 windows installed and it only took a day and they cleaned up after themselves.

I had 13 windows installed on 2 levels. The product is excellent and quality of work that was done was very good. The problems I had were with the crew speed during the install, they said it would take around a day and a half and it took 3 full days, and followup post install for paperwork, energy credit, and home seal. I had to call them several times to get all of it, which I feel they should have been doing as part of the project. I would recommend them but would say they need to do a better job with project management. I would possibly use them again but would look at other options as well.

Nick was our installer and did an excellent job from beginning to end. Always professional, courteous and competent, he obviously enjoys and takes great pride in his work. He was exemplary in his demeanor and knowledgeable about his trade. Nate was a class act while on our project. Joy and Steve DeBoer

We were very pleased with the work Nickolas Deryke did on our tub to shower conversion. We rate Nick as a 5 star employee for the excellent work he did and his professionalism. He is a very hard worker and he is the type of person you would welcome into to your home! We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower!

Paul, Colin, and Josh did a great job along with Anthony, who installed the shower before the other guys came and put the bathroom floor in, new vanity, new sink, new faucet, and a toilet. We love our new bathroom!

The young man, Adam Peer, was very polite and made calls to double check we were getting what we wanted. He worked diligently and in a timely manor. So far, the project is coming along great! I can't wait to see the finished product!
