Handyman Service
Mark was always on time, courteous and professional. He came by to provide me with an estimate which was satisfactory and returned on an agreed upon time to do the job. He offered me with a great solution for upgrading some old cabinetry in my garage and did the work without having to add more materials. I was very happy with the quality and speed of his work and will definitely use him again when there's a need.

Mark was very professional and did such a great job fixing my door in my townhome. You can't even tell it was damaged! He was very nice and professional. My sister also had the opportunity to meet and work with Mark and enjoyed his workmanship. Also, this was just a small job that required a professional and he took the time to work this in to his schedule. I can now put my townhome on the market to sell! Thank you, again Mark!

Mark far exceeded my expectation, as this repair job had been attempted twice by the builder. The task was to reattach two decorative trim shutters to the stone on the front exterior wall. We needed a speedy repair, and he accepted the job quickly, arrived at the stated time, and rebuilt the attachments with efficiency and care to retain the intended aesthetics of the trim. His rate was very reasonable, and the shutters are more secure than they have ever been. I would hire him again without any hesitation.

Mark did a good job on the demolition part of the job but did not meet my expectations when it came to installation and painting of new moldings. When I called and asked to correct the problems and to complete the installation, he refused and insisted that it was the best it could be and that he did what was asked of him. He also didn't finish the job and he refused to come back to finish up unless I pay him more money. I highly recommend that you get the job specifics and price for the job, from him, in writing. I did not get a contract from him or a receipt for the work.

"When I did the demo she wanted me to cover part of the tool rental which was not part of our agreement and the additional work that we had agreed would be an extra cost she refused to pay. I left the trim that was removed at the house as asked. I left drop cloths to cover her entire floor so that any residual glue would not be tracked through her house at no charge. The people came and put her tile floor in. She then called and asked me to put her baseboard down because they refused, which I did. Then she wanted the molding in the kitchen put down which I did at no charge. There were pieces missing which she wanted me to pay for and she wanted me to level her refrigerator. I told her to buy the wood and I would install it and there would be an additional charge to level refrigerator. She wanted me to pay for the wood and level the refrigerator for free. She was trying to take advantage of my kindness and I had done enough."

Great Customer Service. Sirius Construction made sure that everything was done very professionally. When asked to do again something that was not done to our satisfaction, they did it with no questions asked. In the end, all the 3 projects that they did where done very well. We are completely satisfied with Sirius Construction.

After several unsuccessful attempts to obtain services through other Home Advisor contractors, working with Sirius was a pleasure! Mark called 30 minutes in advance of the appointment to notify me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately began to work. When certain pieces of artwork required additional supplies, he left, obtained the supplies, and returned in a timely manner. He performed very high quality work and gave good advice regarding the placement of the artwork being hung. I am new to Charlotte and Mark has provided the best customer service experience I have had in this city. I highly recommend him!!!
