Paid Billy to repair my washer. He said he would be back on Saturday to install. I texted the day before and no response. Saturday I texted, no response. Called, went a weird message saying that the phone was no longer working. I emailed them and it came back and the message failed. So, I had to call the bank and the charges were reversed. He is a con artist. I would give no stars, but that was not an option.

Billy showed up as expected, I had sent him make and model etc, explained i had already replaced temp sensor. (oven quit heating after self clean) he said it would have to be the control board. Gave me the part# i ordered it and installed it. He said if that didnt work he would buy it from me. It didnt work. Now he has ghosted me. Wont return texts, or emails. Emailed the company, still nothing. Hiring somebody else so with the $65 I paid him for the 'diagnosis' and $260 for the part Im down $325 and still cant use the oven. Good luck... my first and last time to use Angi.... Sorry...

Billy did a great job repairing my old Maytag oven. He was able to diagnose and order parts for it on Thursday and was back out Friday to repair it with no problems. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll be calling them back the next time my out of warranty appliance kicks the bucket.
