Arrived on time as stated and completed the job during a severe rain storm,

Good phone contact thru the entire project. Polite over the phone snd in person. Showed interest in the job by keeping in contact as I researched other options. Lowest bid of 4 contacts.

They arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up nicely.

I was so impressed that they could provide same day service. They were excellent communicators, performed the job quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and would be my first call for service in the future.

Show up on time, did not have the right tools for the job. Was asking me for nozzle. Also before starting they mentioned to scrap and wash the gutters. But they only scrap the front and just spray the side and back one with a low-pressure nozzle. Could not check the work as they did not have proper access set up for themselves or mine. Zero safety as they went to slope edges without any hardness. Not recommending.

He did not do a thorough job. Some windows looked great but several did not. I was not pleased that he just used dish soap and water and did not frequently change the water. Most of the time he used dirty water. I had to show him Windows he missed and he didn t clean all the tracks. We spent time yesterday doing tracks and windows he missed. He was quick to tell me there would be an additional charge but did not deduct Windows he couldn t reach. I don t recommend him. I m sure there are better window cleaners out there although hard to find.

Did clear the gutters, but left a bit of a mess on windows and sidewalk.

He is very reasonable priced. He is trustworthy and a very good worker.

Showed up super late. Did not do a good job cleaning. I had to hire someone else to come clean again.

Mike was 20 minutes late to clean my house gutters. He said he'd come back if down spouts didn't drain. Two down spouts are still clogged. I called him to have them cleaned out. He didn't return my phone call. When I got ahold of him he made an appointment to come back. He didn't show up for his appointment. I called him again. He acted like he forgot the appointment. I re-scheduled appointment to clean the two down spouts. Again he did not show. No phone call he just didn't show up.

Mike was competent, knowledgeable, very nice, and affordable in cleaning all gutters & downspouts. Next, we’re hiring him to put gutter guards on top of the gutters.

I hired the company on Oct 26 to clean the gutters and downspouts. They cleaned the gutters. They did not even touch the down spouts. It started raining about 3 days ago (Nov 8) and there is a waterfall coming from the gutters over the garage and front door. I called them Nov 9 and talked to Michael Shaw and he said they would come out. They never showed up. I called them again Nov 10 on my cell phone so he would answer. He said he would call back at 2:30 and they would come out between 3:30-4:30 to fix the clog. They did not show up again. I have not heard anything from them since. They finally came out and cleared the downspout. It seems to be okay now. They finally fixed the problem Nov 14th, and they left a bag I had to dispose of.

Mike answered and scheduled right away. I added on removing moss on the roof also. Mike and his team showed up on time and got the job done nicely. Very happy with his service and definitely will use him again in the future.

I have known them for quite sometime! I have used them for multiple houses and all of the work has been satisfactory!

Mike Shaw the owner promised on two occasions to furnish an invoice for gutter cleaning and window cleaning and did neither. He scheduled an appointment for 8:00 and showed up at 8:20 without any explanation for being late. He was supposed to clean windows inside and out, clean tracks and wash screens. He did not bring a ladder to reach high places so I provided a step stool, some of my blinds were left up, some furniture I had to move back myself, track on my sliding patio door was not cleaned on the outside at all, some windows I had to clean myself as they were still dirty. He promised to come back and clean one window that had water spots on it but did not show. No follow through on checking to make sure all work was completely satisfactorily.
