Sixpenny Cleaning Service

Very professional. Thorough cleaning and inspection. Judicious use of drop cloths and extremely meticulous cleanup. I agreed with the recommendation that the outside of the chimney needs to be water proofed when the weather turns warmer and did not consider that recommendation an 'up sell'. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They came on time and finished the work without much fuss.

Scheduling was an issue They missed the first appointment. When they did come out when scheduled, they spent 3 minutes on a visual inspection and told me "everything is fine, have this checked every year." The bill was $60 even though I was told $50 over the phone. I'll try a different vendor next time.

After an initial miscommunication about the time and place of inspection, they arrived in a timely fashion and were 100% professional in their services. The worker was pleasant and knew his job well.

The ONLY good news is that they showed up on time. I was wary when I was told that they charge by the hour, but hoped for the best. The two guys they sent out were slow as molassas, and did a HORRIBLE job. Windows they considered done were streaked. It looked like I'd had a 6 year old do the job. When I told them that the windows were still dirty and streaked, they were irritated and slowly recleaned one set of windows. It took them an HOUR. At $90/hour, this was rediculous. I called the company and left a message, and they did not return my call.
