If we could give Michael a negative score we would. We have read the reviews by other people and just wonder if we are dealing with the same person (we are)! Michael will get back to you and seem like a real go-getter. until you give him money. We hired him to build an entertainment center. The plans for our entertainment center I have seen posted on his website. Ask him to show you the finished product, because this is what WE would like to see! He told us the entertainment center would be done by April 15, then it got moved to April 30. We call him and email him to give us an update. He keeps saying he will get back to us but does not give us anything specific. We asked him at the beginning of May when our entertainment center would be completed and he said, I do not know. Really? Well, if he does not know, who does? We gave him a deadline of May 27th. Still nothing. He is VERY frustrating to deal with.

What a very personable young man (Michael). His workmanship is outstanding! On-time and clean! They worked ALL day and only took two 5 minutes breaks. Michael answered every time I called. His assistant Billy was very good also! We are very happy with Skarlet Houz Home Services & Design, LLC. Yes, we will be hiring them again!

Michael does great work he doesnâ t goof off he doesnâ t take the time to be on his phone texting or calling anyone and if you have suggestions or concerns he does take the time to listen

Michael is very Easy to talk to and listens to what you need. I needed to enclose Mike Terrace semi cats can go play at Mike built a beautiful covering on my terrace so my little guys were out there the minute he left.

Actually installed new smoke detector and put batteries in otjers, were quick but thorough and wonderful customer service!!

This company is awesome. Michael and his team were quick, knowledgeable, and SkarletHouz was able to do multiple different things. He came fixed and installed 3 doors. Replaced the the tensioner pully on my truck! And tomorrow his cleaning staff is cleaning my entire house. He is a good egg and I will be using them again and frequently.
