Charged more for a piece of equipment than any retail or online store was charging. When asked why, Mike said that the price included installation and programming. Well when someone tells you a price includes installation my understanding of that means the labor to install that part is included. Mike first arrived at 12:46 PM to diagnose the problem and was done and pulling away from the site by 4:33 PM so from start to finish he was on site for three hours and 47 minutes and there is proof on camera footage. Mike then proceeded to turn around and bill for 4 hours of labor in addition to the overinflated price of the part. So how was the installation included in the part price? Double billed for labor, did additional work without letting the homeowner know the cost, then makes false threatening posts online that he didn?t get paid making him look like some sort of victim when he did get paid but his shady double charging was questioned. About three years ago Mike was great I guess

Any pool owner should only use this company. They're honest, fair, and stand by their work. It's hard to find people that really care about their work, and Mike is one of them. I will never use another company after finding him. Even when he's busy, I'll wait until he's free. I won't trust anyone else with expensive pool equipment. He's the best.

After replacing the vertical piping in the filter in March, due to his poor relationship with the supplier for a replacement it took till November 30th to get the part. He had some family issues and finally contacted me on January 24 with an install date of January 31 at 8:00 am. At 9:30 am I called him as he was no show and he said he was busy and would get there sometime that day. We rescheduled for February 6th at 8:00 am. I called him on February 6th and offered for him to come a little later or as originally planned as it was 25 degrees out. I thought I was being unjustifiably considerate. He said heâ d come between 10 and 11:00 am. He never showed. Never called. Do not hire this guy. He is not dependable. Doesnâ t do as he promises. Leaves you hanging.
