He is very informative, thorough, helpful, professional, kind and totally understood why I needed this inspection and testing due to my husbands health as well as doing everything he possibly could to have the results to to take to my husband's pulmonologist appointment. I am very grateful to him for explaining so much to me in a manner that I understood as well as his recommendations, showing me examples and with thorough descriptions all without being forceful as what I must do. His advice was confirmed by a local electrician and by our local fire department. I find this to be valuable information, as well as the mold inspection.
