We not only repair concrete foundations, but pier and beam foundations and mobile homes using state of the art computer leveling equipment. The worst experience you can imagine. Foot in the door company. Terry told me job would take 3 day's - took 3 week's. Cost of the work went up $3,000 dollar's over estimate. No extra piers done! You will regret it.

"We always appreciate feedback. Our goal is to do a job right. The crew we use has years of experience and are paid well for their hard work. The excavation was done by hand to avoid any damages to the yard and plants and there was excessive rock making the job more difficult. Due to crews hard work they can usually accomplish more in a shorter time frame saving additional time on a job. The cost of the job was discussed prior to the job and the additional work completed was at no charge. If the customer wishes we would be happy to go over the charges with them again."

I was very impressed with the pride and commitment to craftsmanship displayed by the crew. When the owner (Terry) came out to evaluate my situation he identified exactly what was needed to repair and secure my foundation. I have a slab portion and pier-beam portion. Two other companies told me that my sonotubes that were done by the previous home owner did not need repair. Terry showed me and explained the technical aspects as to why the work previously done was failing and not done to industry standards. From the beginning Terry advertised himself, his employees, and his company as a quality above all else establishment. Many estimators will say that to get the contract but the crew that shows up may not hold to those standards. This was not the case with Skillful construction. Every single member of the crew (Ed, Paul, Ryan, Stacey, James, and Steven) genuinely care for the home or structure they are tasks with repairing. Great company, excellent crew, amazing work and results. If you are reading this, do not pass this crew up!

Latest calibrated equip. to determine if/or problem and scope. Full discussion w/Terry and(son) Daniel. Foundation clearly cracked but within industry tolerance for deviation. They gave option of no charge wait and see or shore home by pier. I called it and contract drawn in detail. The price was great and even better at completion because pier depth is estimated and priced so. Their estimate was very close do to knowing the region they work so cntrct. cost was final cost(they ate few feet, I watched) Honest and did not waste my time so didn't waste theirs. Their engineer on site for ?/answer.

The only negative is clarification on charges prior to repair. $XX per hr with a 4 hr minimum. This includes driving time and it is a per day charge. Good work and friendly personnel.
