Mr. Zavala/SIC built a 450 sqft master bedroom addition plus full basement to our home. My family absolutely loves it! We contacted multiple contractors to request estimates, and selected SIC because they were extremely timely, professional, responsive and respectful of our design requirements. We didn't have an exact floor plan in mind so Mr. Zavala took the time to inspect the property carefully, understand our general requirements and quickly draw several potential design sketches until we saw exactly what we desired. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding in every way, and he continuously kept us informed of project status, issues, recommendations and schedule until the project was completed. I have worked with several home improvement contractors and would rank SIC at or among the top. Excellent experience, service, quality and value - highly recommend!

We hired skills in construction llc to build our shed. The shed was a kit. The assembly of the shed was smooth. Skills in Construction was able to give us accurate estimates of time and additional materials needed. Very helpful and friendly. Would hire again.

The work exceeded my expectations. The roof needed to be replaced and one whole wall was rotted out. He replaced the roof, used pressure treated wood for the walls and support boards. He also used tyvek. The repairs were higher quality than the original install. He even fixed the stuck latch. I was impressed with the careful quality work! Would definitely hire again.

Edis with Skills in Construction was outstanding. He was extremely professional and his work was definitely high quality. He put together an extremely complicated playset like he was doing it for his own kids. He even went the extra mile to recommend and install a solid base so the set wasn’t wobbly on the almost level patch of grass. I have kept his number in my Phone book and will call him again.
