Skip quoted the job out based on my description, but the job was completed at less than half the price Skip quoted. Jimmy showed up a little after 8 AM, and he said he was running late. I explained the issues and he got right to work. He did the jobs quickly, and cleaned up after himself.

They were very polite and anxious to do a good job. They did, however, need to come back as some of the lights were not working. Skip was sincerely apologetic and made arrangements for the same two gentlemen to revisit and solve the problem. They promptly solved the problem and we will certainly consider having them back to take down the lights.

The technician was prompt and courteous. I thought the job took a little long to complete and I was not given a receipt at the end of the job. I had to call and one was mailed to my home.

"Customer required repairs to close on a home sale the same day. All of the electrical work done within a very abbreviated schedule (right now). To complain about the paid invoice seems a bit trivial."

Skip was great, very customer oriented. They did a great job. They coordinated everything with Pepco on our electrical upgrade . They also installed new circuits, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures. They were here when they said they would be and were neat & efficient.

Skip and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The guys who came to work at my house were courteous, clean-up after each day's work!!!!, and fun to be around. Skip recommended some lighting options that we had not considered. We're glad we went with his ideas, because the job turned out fantastic!!! I would definitely choose skips Electrical for my next job.
