I was told over the phone to expect someone between 12-4pm. The four hour window was fine. It should be noted that the employee did not show up until 5:15. He was very apologetic, and got to work right away. His lateness was due to over scheduling sprinkler blow out service. I would use this company again.

I was kept in the loop with phone calls from Chad letting me know what was happening and the Technician, Charles, called to let me know he was on his way. After all items had been repaired I had a working sprinkler system. Now the brown is turning green once again.

The Timer for a triple spinkler arrangement was not as well explained as I would have liked, but tatmmay have been my unfamiliarity with such devices. ZA manual was given for the use of the timer in any case.

I am using the company for my other property because they are fair and honest with no hidden costs or trying to sell me something other than the service requested.

I can't say enough great things of the service, and the kindness of Alfredo, the man who fixed my sprinklers. My neighbors and I spent 45 minutes trying to adjust one sprinkler. (We are seniors with no knowledge of sprinkler repair). Alfredo fixed, adjusted and/or moved seven sprinklers in 20 minutes, and I was charged the minimum price for a service charge. I highly recommend this company.

Needed a quick repair. They came out same day, found other issues which they documented with pictures for me. Then repaired my problem.called back two days later to repair riser that was damaged by a weed eater. Suggested repairing with galvanized pipe vs pvc, to prevent this problem in the future. Very timely, helpful, reasonably priced. I will use again!

The only thing I was a little disappointed in is that they said they'd come back and add a short line with an appropriate sprinkler as an added assurance that the lawn was fully covered. They never came back. Lawn is fully covered and has recovered from the poor coverage we had prior to Skone adjustments so overall we are very happy with the work that was performed.

Since moving here 2 years ago we have hired 3 sprinkler companies in the tri-cities to fix our sprinkler system and still had problems with the system. We called Skone Irrigation and they came out and fixed the problem immediately, price was good. Would definitely hire them again.

In May of 2014 I contracted with Skone Irrigation to complete a landscaping project in my back yard. Much to my dismay the project was plagued with problems from the very beginning, too many list in this review. One look at my back yard will definitely show that in my case Eric Skone and Skone Irrigation completely failed at their task . I will be sure to let as many people know about my experiences with the company and the lack of service and concern from the owner. I would NEVER recommend this company for any residential landscaping services what so ever.
