Giovanni was great. What was only supposed to be a 1 day tick list of a few repairs in a new place, turned into a week long job. Water had gotten under the LVP flooring and had to be removed. He made time for the change in scope and got the job done. He believes in doing the job "right". Will use him again.

Mr Giovanni and his helper were very polite. They tape down the floors and cover the room with plastic to keep the room dust free. All the dry wall and insulation was removed and they clean up very well. I gave the 5 stars., because they were very professional. Thank you Mr. Giovanni.
