I don't think they started the work as early as they claimed because they were supposed to be finished before I got home. They made more of a mess than they said they would. They told me I wouldn't even know they had been there....not so.

They provided blown in insulation for my home. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and showed up on time. Their price was approximately market price (not a bargain). They did a satisfactory job, but their cleanup left a lot to be desired and they had to quickly repair something that was accidently damaged during the blow-in process. The employees were nice and professional, but didn't seem to be experts in the field. Their office was helpful in answering questions and handling payment processing and energy tax rebate questions.

Ron came to my home and explained in detail what he thought would best suite my home and why. His response time from calling me to setting the appointment setting, to the actual qoute was outstanding.I would recommend Sky Property Servives to anyone. His crew was punctual and VERY clean once the job was done. Ron was easy to talk with, he used laymens terms instead of commecrcial sales B.S. which I really liked. I even offered to Ron that I was so happy with the job, that he could show it to any potential customers. Two thumbs up for Ron and Sky Property Services!!!!!!!!!!Great Job Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The crew they sent were fast, courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Even though this was a difficult job, the crew did all the sales rep said they would do. The main office answered all my questions and concerns without fuss.

They arrived 1 hour late. Apparently, they didn't receive the information that their office person had scheduled at 8am because I had an appointment that I needed to be at later in the morning. Fortunately, they finished at exactly the time I had to leave.

The estimate process was quick and professional. However, the crew was 1.5 hours late to the job and only 2 of the 4 showed up. I had to explain how the guy inside (who didn't speak English) was putting the wrong type of insulation in the walls and get them to correct the problem. The final 2 workers showed up half way through the day. Only 1 of them spoke somewhat fluent English. The inspection failed, as the proper vents weren't extended through to the end of the outside wall. I scheduled their workers to come back out - I took the day off - and they never showed up. The next week another crew came out at night and fixed the issue.

When Ron came for the Free Estimate, he was great. He explained exactly what they will do & the pluses and negatives between the different types of insulation & gave me a tip that will save me money on the installation. On the day of insulation, 2 workers showed up. They weren't aware of the hose or extension cords length needed for the job, I was lucky that their other truck broke down & they took the extra hose extentions from it, otherwise they wouldn't have enough hose. I also provided extra extension cords.I had to ask them to drill holes at the top of the wall & in closet to fill, if I didn't, they wouldn't have done that

This company went beyond my expectation. Ron and Holly were wonderful to work with and the job was done in one day. Our property was cleaned up after the work - not an easy job on a windy day! Use this company - you won't be sorry.

They were pretty good in estimating and providing detailed information about my insulation needs. Work although done in 2 separate parts was professional and cleanly done. I had some back and forth in getting the invoice after the work but overall I was pretty satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Horrible experience. They had to come 4 days to finish a one day job. On the first day only one guy on a three-person job worked; one was a no-show and the other slept the entire day in the truck. They left pieces of siding removed and then said they could not come back to replace until it stopped raining. Left work early another time to meet them only for them to be hours late. Finally when it was all done, they filled out the rebate paperwork incorrectly, so after waiting weeks for my refund I had to resubmit it all over again. WOULD ADVISE AGAINST!
